Meet Program Ad Sales

 

For every WAC hosted meet, we sell ads to be included in the heat sheet programs.  ALL MONEY that is paid for these ads is applied to your fundraising account.  The order form/information is on the WAC website.

BINGO

Our largest fundraiser.  Become a part of an awesome team that runs bingo every Monday night at the Historic Triangle building behind Kmart.

WAC Shirts for Ladies and Men

 

Grocery Card Pre-Paid Order Form and WAC Shirt Order Form

  • Available from Farm Fresh and Food Lion (Bloom’s).
  • $100.00 per card.
  • Food Lion gives a $5.00 rebate per card.
  • Farm Fresh gives a $6.00 rebate per card.
  • These rebates are applied to your fundraising account.
  • Cards are available Mondays from 5-6pm and Tuesdays from 5-7pm at the Bubble.
  • If there are no cards available, you may pre-order, pre-pay and we will contact you when the cards arrive.

WAC Wine and Cheese Auction

  • Aside from BINGO, this is our largest fundraiser. 
  • This year’s event will be Friday, May 2nd at the Wareham Pond Recreation Center in Kingsmill. 
  • WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH ITEM/EXPERIENCES DONATIONS!
  •   Please consider donating or asking people that you know! 
  • We will provide babysitting services that evening as well. 
  • Each  swim level will be putting together the “Chair-ity” portion of the auction.  See your level liason for details. 
  • Do you have a recipe that is out of this world?  Consider donating to the “Food Pantry” portion of the auction. 

Yard Sale

The yard sale in the fall was a huge success, so we have decided to do another one this spring! 

Last year we made over $1000 for the club!  We are going to also include a car wash on that day.  The swimmers will be the washers!! Date/location TBD.

  

Scrip

·         These are gift cards that are available to purchase.  Rebate amounts vary by company.

There are hundreds of companies that offer these cards.

Orders will be placed on the first Wednesday of every month.  When you place your order online, it is not sent to the company until we have received your check payment.  Please remember to add $1.00 to your order to cover shipping charges.

 

 

United Way

 You may direct some or all of your United Way donation to WAC.  Our United Way number is 6810.  Remember that the United Way deducts ___% of the total donation.

Spectators

 Eat at Spectator’s (next to Ukrops) and they will donate a portion of your total bill back to the club (which is then applied to your fundraising account).

NEW! WAC Car Magnet:  $6.00 each or 2 for $10.00.

WAC shirts:  $35.00 each.  Pre-paid orders only.
