Take I-64 W towards Richmond. Take I-295 North to I-95 North towards Washington.  Stay on I-95N  for approximately 67 miles.  Take Exit 152 (VA-234)  towards Dumfries / Manassas, keep left at the fork in ramp.  Turn left onto Dumfries Road.  Turn Left onto Hastings Drive. (Hastings Drive becomes Godwin Drive after the intersection at Route 28). At the next light, turn left onto University Blvd, then turn right into the campus and follow signs to the Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center.
