The Williamsburg Aquatic Club started the "Swimmer of
the Month" program effective October 2004. Each month, four
swimmers will be chosen by the coaching staff to receive the award.
One female swimmer 10 and under, One male swimmer age 10 and under, one
girl swimmer 11 and over and one boy swimmer 11 and over will be
selected each month. Each award winner will receive a "Swimmer of
the Month" swim cap to wear at practice and a Certificate of
Recognition. The criteria of selection for the award will be based
on practice attendance, practice performance, meet performance,
leadership and positive attitude.
