WAC Family Fund
The WAC Family Fund helps families who qualify for financial assistance pay WAC program fees, so that a family's income doesn't decide whether a child can swim.

Terms of the fund
Williamsburg Aquatic Club · Adopted by the Executive Board on October 29, 2026.
- The Board establishes the WAC Family Fund, a donor-restricted fund.
- Purpose. Gifts designated to the WAC Family Fund are used only for financial assistance with WAC program fees, awarded under the Financial Assistance Policy.
- Accounting. The fund is accounted for separately from WAC's general funds. Its balance appears in the Board's regular financial reports.
- Carry-forward. Any balance not used in a season carries forward to later seasons.
- Board additions. The Board may add unrestricted club money to the fund by resolution. That money stays board-designated: the Board may later redirect it, but it may never redirect gifts that donors gave to the fund.
- Public description. WAC's public description of the fund states its purpose in these terms, so donors know exactly what their gift is restricted to.
Williamsburg Aquatic Club is a 501(c)(3) organization, EIN 54-1520341. A financial statement is available from the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services upon request.
